The Account Coordinator reports to the local Account Manager and is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new projects and maintenance of existing hardware/services at key accounts. New projects typically include working with key stakeholders in hospital enterprises to ensure success. Day to day activities will include the maintenance of hardware within a hospital, working with hospital staff to ensure customer satisfaction, and exploring additional growth opportunities with the Account Manager.

Responsible for assisting the Account team with the implementation and maintenance of key sites across an enterprise account. Project work typically includes working with key stakeholders in hospital departments to ensure the positive experience with the platform and perform maintenance on deployed hardware. Day to day activities will include the maintenance of hardware within a hospital, as well as conducting trainings for hospital staff once a competent level of understanding of the system has been achieved.
